This file can be found in /dnl/bin/system/arion/f_ls_rvc and /dnl/bin/system/arion/ford_lsr. They differ only by 1 Byte at offset 0x39C:
f_ls_rvc = 0x0F
ford_lsr = 0x10
(and the CRC-32 checksum DWORD at the end of the file, of course).
